Recently, GN sent a screw press to customer from Southeast Asia for wastewater treatment in textile plant. This equipment in this order is used as a trial unit to verify the applicability of the equipment. Therefore, the customer has chosen the smallest model in the GN product series. If the site operation is successful, the customer will order large model to meet industrial production.
This week, GN completed the factory test and delivery of one set decanter centrifuge GNLW364ET-VFD, which will be used for sewage treatment in a foreign meat processing plant.
Recently, GN completed the equipment production and factory test of a soil washing separation system, and will soon arrange to send it to the work site of foreign customers. GN soil washing separation system is used to treat the oily contaminated soil. Oil can be separated from the soil as much as possible by adding chemicals and hot washing processes to achieve the goal of reducing the discharge of hazardous wastes.
This week, GN completed the assembly and factory test of one set solids vacuum pump and sent them to the loading port. The equipment will be transported to the customer's work site in South Africa for the transportation of ore pulp.
This week, GN completed the equipment assembly of a modular oil sludge washing and separation system, which will be delivered to the customer's work site in Uzbekistan later. GN oil sludge treatment system is a three-phase separation solution designed for waste sludge. The treated sludge can be separated as relatively pure oil products, water and sludge with low oil content. The oil can be used as fuel. The separated water can be reused to dilute the untreated sludge. The harmful substances in the solid phase can be greatly reduced, which is conducive to environmental protection and less waste discharge.
